An outside cutter is used to cut the tubing, casing, or drill-pipe by rotating over the outside diameter of the fish. In many instances, wash-pipe will be used to swallow up to desired depths and make cuts. Remember there are limits to all equipment, so make sure the product is applicable in the situation you may find yourself.
