HSEQ
The EASTERN Energy Services, Inc. (EES) HSEQ Management System (HSEQms) defines the elements by which we provide for the health and safety of our employees, protection of the environment and to delivering quality in every product and service that we provide to our customers.
The HSEQms model is built upon the common framework of the ISO standards for 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environmental) and 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and packaged into the PDCA cycle of PLAN – DO – CHECK– ACT:
Leadership
Management provides strong, visible commitment, leadership, and personal involvement in HSEQ improvement efforts. All levels of leadership, from line supervision to executive management, are held accountable for demonstrating appropriate HSEQ behaviors, for clearly defining HSEQ roles and responsibilities, for providing necessary resources, and for measuring, reviewing and continuously improving HSEQ performance.
Planning
HSEQ considerations are integral to all aspects of business planning or changes in the design, development, purchasing and delivery of our services and service-related products. EES has used Risk Analysis to identify and address risks and opportunities that prevent, or reduce, undesired effects and ensure continual improvement.
Support
EES has determined and provided the resources needed not only for the establishment and implementation of the HSEQms, but also for the maintenance and continual improvement of it.
Operation
EES has established, planned, implemented, controls, and maintains the processes needed to meet the requirements of the HSEQms for the provision of service-related products and services.
Performance evaluation
Audits and reviews are conducted to verify the implementation and effectiveness of the HSEQms and its conformation to.
Improvement
The cornerstone of any HSEQms, EES continually improves the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the HSEQms.
